What You'll Do
As a Remote Career Starter, you'll work directly with clients while developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms
Build strong relationships through professional, personalized service
Educate clients about available benefit options and answer questions
Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
