Role Overview
Set Appointments
Connect with prospective clients and schedule virtual consultations to discuss their financial protection needs.
Provide Customized Solutions
Recommend life and health insurance options tailored to each client’s goals and situation.
Deliver Ongoing Client Support
Assist with policy updates, answer questions, and build long-term relationships based on trust.
Build Your Book of Business
Develop lasting client relationships and generate referrals to grow your portfolio over time.
Compensation & Earnings
Commission + Bonuses
Unlimited earning potential based on performance. First-year representatives commonly earn $60,000–$100,000+.
Residual Income
Earn ongoing renewals. After 10 years, you are fully vested, creating long-term passive income.
Weekly Pay
Commissions are paid every Friday via direct deposit.

How We Support Your Success
Comprehensive Training Program
Begin with live virtual training led by experienced leaders. No-cost pre-licensing training is provided (approximately $200 for course and exam).
Flexible Schedule
Training lasts 2–4 weeks. Afterward, set your own hours and work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (excluding MA).
