What You'll Do
As a Remote Career Development Representative, you'll focus on delivering an exceptional client experience while developing the professional skills needed for long-term advancement.
Client Service & Benefits Support
- Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
- Learn about each client's needs and priorities
- Explain supplemental benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally
- Answer questions and provide personalized guidance
- Assist clients through applications and enrollment
- Provide ongoing service and follow-up support
- Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and consistent service
Career & Leadership Development
- Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training

- Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
- Be willing to complete required training
- Be willing and able to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License
