What You'll Do
As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.
Client Service Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products, services, and policy information
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Build strong, long-term client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
Professional Development

Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills
