Position Overview
As a Remote Insurance Operations Leader, you'll develop your business and leadership skills while working directly with clients and supporting the development of other representatives.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity—not a traditional salaried corporate management position.

What You'll Do
👥 Lead, Coach & Develop People
As you progress into leadership responsibilities, you'll help create an environment where representatives can learn, grow, and perform.
Responsibilities may include:
Mentor and support remote insurance representatives
Help onboard and develop new team members
Conduct virtual coaching and development sessions
Establish individual and team performance goals
Provide constructive feedback and accountability
Identify strengths and development opportunities
Help representatives improve communication and client-service skills

🤝 Lead Through the Client Experience
Effective leadership begins with understanding the business firsthand.
You'll also work directly with individuals and families by:
Conducting scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connecting with clients who have requested benefit information
Identifying individual and family protection needs
Explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Providing needs-based recommendations
Guiding clients through applications and enrollment
Building long-term client relationships
Providing ongoing service and follow-up
