What You'll Do
As a Policyholder Engagement Representative, you'll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing policy service.
🤝 Client Engagement & Customer Service
Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits
Listen to client questions, needs, and financial protection priorities
Provide clear, professional, and personalized guidance
Build relationships through responsive customer service
Follow up with clients regarding questions and service needs
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and consistent communication

Once properly licensed, you'll:
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Help clients understand coverage features and benefit choices
Identify individual and family protection needs
Provide needs-based recommendations
Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Assist with required documentation
Help clients understand the coverage they select
Provide ongoing policy support and service

Your relationship with clients doesn't end after enrollment.
Depending on the applicable service request, you may assist existing clients with:
