  • Policy service requests

  • Follow-up communication

  • Claims-related guidance when appropriate

Your goal is to become a trusted resource clients can turn to when they need assistance.

Qualified Client Opportunities—Without Traditional Cold Calling

📞 Focus on Conversations, Not Random Prospecting

Representatives receive access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefits.

Rather than spending your day calling random lists, you'll focus on:

  • Benefits education

  • Scheduled virtual consultations

  • Needs-based conversations

  • Enrollment assistance

  • Client relationship development

  • Follow-up

  • Ongoing policy service

Our approach emphasizes education, professionalism, and trust rather than high-pressure sales tactics.

Compensation opportunities may include:

  • Weekly commission payments

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Renewal and residual income

  • Leadership incentives as applicable

  • Performance recognition

  • Additional incentive opportunities

There is no predetermined hourly wage or salary, and individual earnings vary based on activity, production, consistency, and results.

  • Ongoing professional education

Candidates who aren't currently licensed will receive guidance and support through the state Life & Health Insurance licensing process.

Performance-Based Career Advancement

📈 Your Growth Isn't Determined by Seniority

AO provides opportunities for representatives who want to develop beyond an individual client-facing role.

As you demonstrate results, consistency, professionalism, and leadership ability, opportunities may include:

Potential responsibilities can expand into:

  • Mentoring new representatives

  • Training and coaching

  • Team development

  • Client relationship management

  • Business development

  • Leadership

  • Management

Advancement is earned through performance and development and is not guaranteed based solely on tenure.
