What You'll Do
🤝 Meet With & Support Clients Virtually
As a Remote Benefits & Client Advisor, you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
You'll:
Connect with individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits
Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Answer benefit and coverage questions clearly
Help clients compare and understand available options
Provide needs-based recommendations
Assist with applications and enrollment
Complete required documentation
Maintain accurate digital client records
Provide professional follow-up and ongoing service
Build Relationships Beyond the Initial Appointment
We're focused on developing long-term client relationships, not simply completing a transaction.
You'll continue supporting clients through:
Policy and benefit questions
Coverage reviews
Beneficiary updates when applicable
Policy service requests
Follow-up communication
Claims-related guidance when appropriate

Applicants must:
