Position Overview
As a Remote Client Service Manager, you'll deliver exceptional client service while supporting and developing a collaborative remote team. This role blends leadership, customer service, relationship management, and professional development in a flexible work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service
Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
Provide professional guidance regarding available benefits and coverage options
Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service needs
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Resolve client questions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
Leadership
Lead by example while promoting a culture of service excellence
