  • Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

  • Work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits

🛡️ Benefits Education & Enrollment

Once properly licensed, you'll:

  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

  • Help clients understand coverage features and available choices

  • Identify individual and family financial protection needs

  • Provide needs-based benefit recommendations

  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

  • Assist with beneficiary information and required documentation

  • Help clients understand the coverage they select

  • Provide continued service following enrollment

📞 Qualified Client Opportunities – No Traditional Cold Calling

Rather than spending your day searching for prospects, representatives connect with qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits.

This allows you to focus on:

  • Scheduled virtual appointments

  • Member onboarding

  • Benefits education

  • Needs-based conversations

  • Enrollment assistance

  • Relationship building

  • Follow-up and ongoing client service

No lead purchasing is required.

🏠 100% Work From Home

Build your career from home while remaining connected to clients, mentors, teammates, and leadership through a modern virtual environment.

You'll have access to:

  • Virtual client appointments

  • Online training and coaching

  • Remote team meetings

  • Digital business systems

  • Virtual mentorship and support

  • No daily commute

Remote work also requires self-motivation, organization, accountability, and dependable follow-through.

Flexible Scheduling

Create greater flexibility in your workday while maintaining the consistency and availability necessary to serve clients and achieve your professional goals.

This opportunity can be a strong fit for individuals who value independence but also appreciate structured training, mentorship, accountability, and team support.

💰 Weekly Performance-Based Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity—not an hourly or salaried customer service position.

Compensation opportunities may include:

  • Weekly commission payments

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Renewal and residual income opportunities

  • Leadership incentives as applicable

  • Recognition and achievement incentives

  • Additional performance-based rewards

There is no predetermined cap on commission-based production; however, earnings are directly tied to individual activity, production, consistency, and results.

Individual earnings vary, and no specific level of income is guaranteed.

📚 No Experience? We'll Help You Learn.

Previous insurance experience is not required.

We believe potential, work ethic, professionalism, and coachability can be just as important as previous industry experience.

Training and professional development may include:

  • Client communication development

  • Enrollment process training

  • Virtual presentation skills

You'll have opportunities to develop transferable skills in customer service, communication, sales, organization, relationship management, problem-solving, presentation, and leadership.

🎓 Insurance Licensing

You do not need to already be licensed to apply.

Because this position involves discussing and enrolling clients in insurance products, representatives must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing activities that require licensure.

Licensing guidance and support are provided throughout the process.

❤️ Benefits & Professional Support

Qualifying representatives may have access to:

  • Medical insurance reimbursement program

  • Company-supported life insurance

  • Accidental Death Benefit coverage

  • Renewal and residual income opportunities

  • Professional and union support where applicable

  • Leadership development programs

  • Modern virtual systems and business technology

Eligibility, qualification periods, and applicable program requirements may apply.

  • Company-sponsored incentive travel

  • Leadership conferences and professional events

  • Performance contests and achievement awards

  • Technology and productivity incentives

  • Lifestyle and experience-based rewards

  • Team recognition programs

  • Additional advancement opportunities

Incentives are performance-based and subject to applicable program qualifications and availability.

📈 Career Growth From an Entry-Level Start

Your first role doesn't have to be your final role.

Representatives who demonstrate strong performance, consistency, initiative, and leadership potential may have opportunities to progress into:

Member Onboarding → Client Services → Trainer/Mentor → Team Leadership → Management → Advanced Leadership

As you develop, you'll have opportunities to strengthen skills in:

  • Client relationship management

  • Communication and presentation

  • Coaching and mentorship

  • Team development

  • Performance accountability

  • Business development

  • Leadership

Advancement is based on performance, professional development, initiative, and demonstrated leadership ability—not simply tenure.

Advancement opportunities are earned and are not guaranteed.
