Your Role

As a Remote Client Representative, you’ll meet with clients through virtual Zoom consultations, guiding them through their benefit options and answering questions with clarity and care. From the comfort of your home, you’ll help families understand and protect what matters most—no cold calling, no in-person meetings, and no high-pressure sales tactics.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful conversations, value service over sales, and want a career aligned with a strong mission and long-term stability.

Preferred Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort in a virtual environment

  • A strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset

  • An outgoing, professional, and friendly personality

  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Prior leadership or management experience (a plus, not required)

No prior insurance experience is required. We value coachability, compassion, and consistency, and provide full training and ongoing support.
