About the Role
As a Remote Client Success Team Lead, you'll combine client service responsibilities with leadership development, helping clients access valuable supplemental benefits while supporting the growth and success of your team.

What You'll Do
Client Support & Service
Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and other online platforms
Provide personalized guidance regarding available benefit programs
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Leadership & Team Development
Support, coach, and encourage team members
Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture
Participate in leadership meetings, mentorship sessions, and development programs
Help maintain high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction
Continue developing leadership, communication, and management skills
