Your Responsibilities
Client Communication
- Handle client calls and inquiries
- Schedule and manage virtual appointments
- Provide ongoing customer support
Present & Explain Benefits
- Conduct Zoom presentations
- Clearly explain supplemental benefits and coverage options
- Help clients understand available programs
Complete Applications
- Assist clients through the enrollment process
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy throughout applications
Ongoing Training
- Participate in optional training sessions
- Continue developing professional and leadership skills
- Attend mentorship and development calls
