What You'll Do
Serve Families Through Virtual Consultations
You'll meet with individuals and families through virtual and phone appointments to:
Understand each client's needs and financial protection priorities
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Answer questions clearly and professionally
Help clients evaluate available coverage
Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Assist with required documentation
Maintain accurate digital client records
Our approach emphasizes education, integrity, relationship building, and service rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
Build Long-Term Client Relationships
Your relationship with clients doesn't necessarily end after enrollment.
Representatives may also assist clients with:
Policy and benefit questions
Coverage reviews
Beneficiary updates when applicable
Ongoing service requests
Follow-up communication
Changes in family protection needs
Continued relationship management
