What You'll Do
As a Remote Benefits & Client Advisor, you'll work directly with clients through scheduled virtual appointments while developing valuable customer service, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Client Service & Benefits Guidance
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
- Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
- Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Answer questions clearly and professionally
- Help clients evaluate available coverage options
- Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
- Provide ongoing client service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate digital records and client information
Relationship Building
- Develop trust through professional and personalized service
- Maintain consistent communication with clients
- Build long-term relationships beyond the initial enrollment
- Provide ongoing assistance with benefit and policy questions
- Deliver a positive client experience from the first appointment through future service needs
No Traditional Cold Calling
Representatives work with qualified client opportunities, including individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits.
Rather than relying on traditional cold calling, you'll focus on:
- Scheduled virtual appointments
- Benefits education
- Needs-based conversations
- Relationship building
- Client enrollment
- Follow-up and ongoing service
Successful representatives understand that insurance sales should be built on education, trust, and helping clients make informed decisions—not high-pressure tactics.

💰 Weekly Performance-Based Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity, rather than an hourly or salaried customer service position.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:

- Be comfortable meeting clients virtually
- Be willing to complete required training
- Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
Licensing guidance and support are available for candidates who are not currently licensed.
