Provide Customized Solutions
Recommend life and health insurance options tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances.
Deliver Ongoing Client Support
Assist with policy updates, answer questions, and maintain long-term relationships built on trust.
Build Your Book of Business
Develop lasting client relationships and generate referrals to expand your portfolio over time.
Compensation Structure
Commission + Bonuses
Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
First-year representatives commonly earn $60,000–$100,000+, depending on effort and production.
Residual Income
Earn renewals on serviced policies. After 10 years, you are fully vested for life, creating long-term passive income.
Weekly Pay
Commissions are paid every Friday via direct deposit.

You will invest approximately $200 for your state licensing course and exam.

Position Requirements
Sales experience preferred (not required)

Background check & fingerprinting required for state licensing
