What You'll Do
As a Remote Member Experience Specialist, you'll help clients understand available benefit programs while providing exceptional customer service through virtual appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms
Answer questions regarding available supplemental benefits
Build strong client relationships through professionalism and consistent communication
Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
