What You'll Do
As a Remote Leadership Development Representative, you'll work directly with clients while developing the skills necessary to grow into future leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and online platforms
- Educate clients on available benefit and protection programs
- Build strong relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
- Assist clients with applications and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive results
- Participate in leadership training and development programs
- Continuously improve communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
