What You'll Do
As a Member Services Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact for members, ensuring they receive accurate information, exceptional service, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with members virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
- Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage options, and available programs
- Assist members with applications and required documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support
- Build strong relationships through professionalism and consistent communication
- Maintain accurate records and member information
- Resolve concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
