About the Role
As a Virtual Client Benefits Advisor, you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available supplemental benefit programs while delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and other online platforms
Educate individuals and families about available supplemental benefits and coverage options
Answer client questions and provide professional guidance throughout the enrollment process
Build lasting client relationships through trust, integrity, and outstanding service
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
