About the Role
As a Virtual Client Solutions Specialist, you'll work with both prospective and existing clients through virtual appointments, delivering personalized service and helping them make informed decisions about their benefit options.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
Build strong client relationships through professional, personalized service
Educate clients about available benefit programs and coverage options
Answer questions and provide thoughtful, solution-focused guidance
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team
