What You'll Do
As an Emerging Leadership Associate, you'll develop valuable leadership experience while helping clients understand supplemental benefit programs and financial protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
Educate individuals and families about available benefit options
Build lasting client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain accurate records and timely follow-up communications
Collaborate with leadership and teammates to achieve shared goals
Participate in ongoing leadership training and mentorship programs
