What You'll Do
As a Remote Client Services Team Lead, you'll balance exceptional client service with leadership development while helping build a collaborative, high-performing remote team.
Client Service Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Assist clients with enrollments, policy updates, and ongoing service needs
- Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional support
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Deliver a positive, professional client experience from start to finish
Leadership Responsibilities
- Support, coach, and encourage newer team members
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and integrity
- Foster collaboration and a positive team culture within a virtual environment
- Participate in leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and development programs
- Utilize technology to improve communication, organization, and workflow efficiency
- Continue developing leadership, communication, and management skills through ongoing mentorship
