Remote Representative – Build Long-Term Client Relationships

Location: US/Canada – 100% Remote

Since 1951, we have proudly served working-class families with life, accident, and supplemental health products, protecting members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. We are seeking representatives to develop long-term relationships with clients and meet them where they are most comfortable — from their homes via Zoom virtual calls.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
