What You'll Do
As a Remote Client Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.
Client Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Explain available benefits, policy features, and coverage options
Answer client questions and provide professional guidance
Assist with applications, enrollment, policy updates, and service requests
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Follow up with clients to review changing needs and coverage options
Maintain accurate documentation while following company policies and industry regulations
Professional Development
