What You'll Do
As a Virtual Member Benefits Advisor, you'll meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments.
Connect With Clients Virtually
- Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone appointments
- Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
- Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
- Provide a professional, personalized client experience
Educate & Guide Members
- Explain available supplemental benefits and coverage options
- Present information clearly and accurately
- Answer client questions and provide solutions based on their needs
- Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
- Help clients make informed decisions about available protection options
Build Long-Term Relationships
- Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Build trust through professionalism, integrity, and consistent communication
- Develop lasting relationships with members and their families

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be physically located within the United States
- Have access to a computer or laptop
- Maintain reliable high-speed internet
- Have webcam and microphone capability
- Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
- Be comfortable communicating with clients virtually
- Be willing to complete required training and professional development
- Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state insurance license before conducting licensed insurance activities
