About the Role
As a Remote Growth & Client Success Associate, you'll work directly with clients while developing communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills in a collaborative virtual environment.
You'll receive ongoing coaching, participate in professional development programs, and have opportunities to grow into future leadership positions through performance and initiative.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms
Build positive, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Answer client questions and provide guidance regarding available benefit programs
Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
