What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Experience Team Lead, you will:
Lead, mentor, and support a team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences
Coach team members through ongoing feedback, training, and performance development
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture
Help ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Conduct virtual meetings and collaborate using Zoom and other digital platforms
