What You'll Do
As a Remote Leadership Development Representative, you'll work directly with clients while developing the communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills needed for long-term career advancement.
Client Support Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products, services, and policy information
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Leadership Development
Participate in ongoing leadership training and mentorship
Learn from experienced managers and executive mentors
Develop coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture
Utilize virtual tools and technology to maximize productivity
