About the Role

As a Remote Client Solutions Consultant, you'll combine exceptional customer service with consultative sales. You'll meet virtually with individuals who have already requested information about available benefit programs, educate them on their options, and guide them through the enrollment process.

This is a relationship-focused position built on trust, education, and personalized service—not high-pressure sales tactics.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone consultations

• Conduct benefit overview appointments and answer client questions

• Educate individuals and families on available products and coverage options

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment

• Build long-term relationships by providing outstanding service and follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing remote team
