Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual client consultations through Zoom and phone communication
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide support regarding benefits, coverage options, and policy questions
- Assist clients with updates, follow-up communication, and service requests
- Maintain professionalism, organization, and accurate documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
