What You'll Do
As a Remote Member Relationship Advisor, you'll become a trusted point of contact for clients by providing personalized service and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
Educate clients about available benefit programs and coverage options
Answer questions and provide personalized guidance
Assist clients with applications and enrollment documentation
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Resolve concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience
Collaborate with teammates to support shared success
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
