What You'll Do
Support & Engage Policyholders
Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Build relationships by providing professional, responsive customer service
Learn about each client's needs and provide personalized guidance
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
Answer questions regarding coverage and policy information
Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Assist existing policyholders with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
Provide ongoing service and follow-up support
Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements
This role combines customer service, client engagement, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales in a fully virtual environment.
