What You'll Do
As a Remote Client Success Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients while developing valuable communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
Client Service & Relationship Building
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Help clients understand options based on their individual needs
- Assist with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
- Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Build long-term relationships through professionalism, reliability, and consistent communication
Professional & Leadership Development
- Participate in structured virtual training and coaching
