Your Role
As a Remote Client Representative, you will work directly with families across the U.S. and Canada, meeting with clients virtually via Zoom consultations. From the comfort of your home, you’ll educate clients on their benefits, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions that protect what matters most.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful conversations, value service over pressure, and want to align their career with a mission-driven organization.

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates demonstrate:
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Basic computer literacy and comfort working in a virtual environment
A strong work ethic and self-driven mindset
An outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor
Effective time management and organizational skills
Prior leadership or management experience (a plus, not required)
No prior insurance experience is required. We value coachability, compassion, and consistency, and we provide full training and support.
