What You'll Do
As a Work-from-Anywhere Specialist, you'll work virtually with individuals and families who are seeking information about available benefits.
Your responsibilities may include:
Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
Educate clients about coverage options in a clear and professional manner
Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs
Assist clients with applications and enrollment
Answer questions and provide ongoing policy support
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
Maintain accurate digital client records
Build long-term relationships through professional follow-up and exceptional service
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
This position combines customer service, client education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales.
