What You'll Do
As a Remote Representative, your primary focus will be providing an outstanding client experience while helping families understand their available benefit options.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Build professional, long-term client relationships
- Listen to clients' needs and answer benefit-related questions
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health coverage options
- Provide clear, personalized guidance based on individual needs
- Assist clients with applications and enrollment
- Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
- Assist with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
- Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and professional development

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:

- Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
