What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, Zoom, email, and other virtual platforms
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing client support
- Assist clients with applications and required documentation
- Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Build strong relationships through consistent communication and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
